Pathways

I am a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development/Family Relations from San Francisco State University and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Sonoma State University.   I have over 30 years professional experience and have been at Pathways since 2003.

I have extensive experience working with individuals and families coping with developmental changes, life transitions and the stresses of daily life.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, assisting in dealing with matters of concern including: Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, PTSD, ADD, OCD, Grief/Loss, Self-Esteem, Stress Management, Women’s Issues, Relationships and Divorce. I am a GLBTQ Affirming therapist.

My comprehensive approach, direction and professional guidance help people to better understand themselves and to find constructive solutions to problems affecting their well-being.
